Virtual Counseling Available 24/7

Â鶹ÊÓƵ has partnered with , a virtual counseling and health platform, to provide students with on-demand virtual mental health services. This service, based on student fees, is offered at no cost to the students taking classes on campus. Online-only students are eligible for the service but must contact the Student Health Center for activation.

• TalkNow
  Mental health and emotional support. TalkNow is on-demand access to a mental health professional to talk about anything, anytime.
• Scheduled Counseling
  Schedule sessions with a licensed counselor at a time that works for you.
• Health Coaching
  This branch of TimelyCare offers you access to a nutritional specialist to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle related to sleep, nutrition, and more.

How Do I Register?

1. Portal: Go to the TimelyCare portal linked below and activate your account for free with your campus email address. You can use your computer, iPad/tablet, phone, etc. 
2. Sign in and complete profile: From there, you will input medical background information so that your provider can understand your history and needs. 
3. Make your appointment: After you have completed your profile, you can start using services anytime! 

Please note: students taking all online classes must contact the Student Health Center for activation before registering.
