Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies
The Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies at Â鶹ÊÓƵ prepares students to lead effectively in diverse professional environments through a dynamic, hybrid program offered on-campus. Developed in partnership with FranklinCovey®, the 120-credit curriculum fosters skills in individual, team, and organizational leadership. Students gain expertise in strategic decision-making, ethical leadership, and communication, with hands-on opportunities like case studies and a leadership portfolio. This degree equips graduates for leadership roles in business, education, nonprofit organizations, and beyond, blending theoretical insights with practical applications.
Certificates
In the Leadership Studies Program you can earn up to six FranklinCovey® Certificates of Knowledge. Each knowledge exam is multiple choice, takes approximately 60 minutes to complete, and is monitored with the support of a third party proctoring service. In addition, if students take MISY 1373 Introduction to Business Technologies, and pass the exam, they will earn a Microsoft Excel Certification.
