We are so excited for you to join our COE family. There are so many exciting events happening at the beginning of the school year, and we can't wait to get started!
Start your first semester off right by preparing for your math classes, getting connected with student orgs, and getting settled in! Engineering math bootcamp is a week-long day camp.
Join us for refresher math courses from LU math department faculty each day. In the afternoon, get connected with students, faculty, staff and industry representatives during our fun events like game night and Bootcamp Barbeque!
Engineering Bootcamp 2025 will be held from August 11-15. Students who will be living on campus can move into the dorms early for the camp, and all meals will be provided. Commuter students can also join us for meals and fun events!

Join us for our N.E.S.T. Program — a dynamic leadership, mentorship, and soft skills development program tailored just for new engineering student talent. The N.E.S.T. Program is a year-long program designed to help first-year students transition smoothly into college life while building the tools they need for personal and professional success.
The N.E.S.T. Program is application based and is open to all first-time, full-time freshmen or transfer and Texas academy seniors students entering in the fall semester in a college of engineering undergraduate program.
