Prostate Health Info Day

Cardinal Career Prep Rally

Prep for the Career Fair! LU students can get resume feedback, sharpen their elevator pitch, explore the Career Closet, and learn career fair strategies with Enterprise Mobility. Black Salt-Grass Cowboys with Dr. Demetrius W. Pearson
Date: Thursday, Oct. 1, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Location: Wayne A. Reaud Building, Executive Event Space
Dr. Demetrius W. Pearson will share his research on the long history of Black cowboys and cattle raisers of the SETX and Gulf regions. Some of the earliest ranching enterprises in Texas emerged in the tall grass prairies and coastal marshes of the region. Refreshments provided. Free and open to all. Proposal Submission to the Undergraduate Research Grant (U.R.G.) Program
All undergraduates from all academic areas who wish to conduct research this academic year are invited to prepare and submit a proposal for the U.R.G. program before Oct. 1, 2026. The U.R.G. guidelines for writing compelling proposals are available. A letter of intent can be submitted by Sep. 25. More information can be found here.
